When responding to people who comment on your blogs and social media pages, it is a good idea to be as thoughtful as possible.
People like to know that you hear them. A simple "Thank you for your feedback," "Great idea," and "Thanks for the share," can go a long way.
Providing a solution of some kind to the person who commented, is what it is all about. If someone complains, acknowledge the person and explain how you will remedy the issue.
By doing this, you will demonstrate to a follower/client, that they matter and that you take responsibility.
